There are several ways:
1. The best way is to go to http://cloud.hbu.edu. This is the complete online Microsoft Office. Just use your HCU credentials (same as the HCU Portal) to get in. You can also save documents in OneDrive (with 1 terabyye of space available), type basic documents that you can open the full desktop version of Word, and more.
2. Go to http://my.hbu.edu and login. Around center left, you will see a group of icons. Click the globe icon and login just like you did for the portal.
Note: After getting inside, be aware that if you click the corner icon with the little dots 
, you will see the group of ONLINE Office cloud apps. You can use all of these in a web environment and not have to save anything to a flashdrive, which is safer than flashdrives. Click "View all apps" and you can click the ellipsis (...) and pin other apps to your launch pad.
