Q. How do I set up email on my smartphone?

You can also use the phone or tablet's native email app. Just create a new "Exchange" account (instead of Outlook). You should only have to add your HCU email address and password to verify. You can also download the Outlook app for iOS or Android. 

If the Exchange setup option fails or is not supported on your phone you may try the POP/IMAP instructions. See the link below and f needed. If the information in the links is not useful, you will need to contact HCU Information Technology Services to ask about settings information.
