First, we have a helpful tutorial. Check out the link at the bottom of the page.

  1. Determine your UserName. Go to the UserName web site and follow the instructions.

  2. Go to http://letmein.hc.edu and follow the instructions there.

  3. Be sure to fill out all four security questions. Most importantly, be sure to add a SECONDARY EMAIL ADDRESS! If you can't login, the bypass is sent to the secondary account!
  4. Once you create the password, go to the HCU Portal. Login with your UserName and new password. Once logged into the portal, edit the preferences to set UserNames and passwords for HuskyNet and HuskySync so you won't have to remember those passwords again.

The HCU portal has single sign-on for BlackBoard, HuskyNet, Navigate, etc. Just look for the group of icons in the upper left.

Your HuskyNet Username is your HuskyNet User ID otherwise known as your "H number". (What is my HuskyNet User ID?) Your HuskyNet Password is your HuskyNet PIN. (What is my HuskyNet PIN?)  If you change your Huskynet PIN you will need to click the "Edit Preferences" link below the icons to edit your password to match.

For HuskySync: Your "Username" is the full email address you registered with HuskySync.

If you are in need of any other assistance logging-in, please contact the ITS Helpdesk or call 281-649-3410.
