Q. How do I contact the campus IT department

You can reach ITS in three ways:

1. Phone: 281-649-3410.
2. Opening a Ticket: 
   • Click Report Issue
   • Click the Request button at the top[ of the page in the black menu bar.
   • Click the New button (with the + symbol inside of a circle).
   • There are five areas with red dots that are required. Just make your best guess on the dropdown choices.
      
3. HelpDesk
   • Brown Building: Brown, second floor above the Executive offices (nearest part of the building to Fondren Road). 
   • HelpDesk station in the Library Commons. This will have a person if staff or student workers are available.
