Q. User name

The Accessing University Systems page is supposed to show you what your username is and give you some introductory information about HCU systems so I'm assuming you are new to HCU. I'm a bit surprised that your username is not showing in the image you sent. In this case, you will need to contact ITS to find out what your username is. I understand that it usually takes about four hours for the system to process a new name and H-number after enrolling at HCU for the first time. You can contact them via the helpdesk or 281-649-3410.
