Be sure to leave a complete description of the problem along with your contact information. Be sure to double-check your print history. If the document is in the list, then you were charged for it. It is is not in the list, then you are not charged. ITS tells us that students are not charged until their document actually ejects from the printer. If you have a problem after-hours, use the web site. ITS will be notified of the problem and can render assistance even on nights and weekends.
