- Go to http://www.hc.edu and click the Univeristy Calendar link on the left side of the page.
- Above the calendar, look for the "Schedule Event" link which takes you to the Ad-Astra Scheduling Calendar.
- The calendar assumes your event is on campus, so the Select Campus will default to "H" for HCU. Click submit.
- Follow the intructions on the next web page.
For additional questions such as room fees (if you are from an outside organization), room sizes, Food services from Aramark, setup, media needs, or additional services, etc., please contact the Campus Events Department and they will glad to assist you.
