We have a LibGuide that gives the specifics of how to find DOI numbers (see below). DOI stands for Digital Object Identifier and is used to a specific document on the web. An increased number of articles are required to have a specific number for identification. They are assigned by publishers and idea is to provide a permanent web location for a specific document.
