Q. How can I contact the library?

The Library is here to help! We want you to know that there is such thing as a silly question! You can reach us several ways:

1. Live Chat: You can chat with a live person from this screen now are open. We also have chatboxes scattered across our website and even some of the databases.

3. SMS Research Help: 518-633-4687. We can start here with short answers, then branch out to Zoom chats, email, or phone calls if question becomes more complicated.

6. Interlibrary Loan Questions (items that HCU Library does not have):
   • Do you have questions about Interlibrary Loan?
     • This is a free service offered to our students.
