The MyPrint.hbu.edu web site uses the same password as the MY.hbu.edu portal page and the campus computers. If you can't login to MyPrint, then double-check by the trying the portal. If that does not work, then go to http://LetMeIn.hbu.edu and change your password. I hope you added a secondary email address otherwise your validation code will be emailed to your HCU email, which you probably can't access either. If all else fails, call the Help Desk at 281-649-3410 But do try all these other steps first.
