Most people print from inside the library so my assumption is that that is where you are.

  1. You won't see a popup balance window any longer due to technical problems.
  2. Be sure to check your print balance at http://myprint.hbu.edu. If you don't have enough for the job, it won't print. Black and white costs $0.04/page. If you are printing double-sided, you are still charged $0.02 for the back page. Remember that color pages cost $0.46/page. I don't know the cost of the back side but it is probably half that if you print double-sided.
  3. If you continue to have problems, speak with the reference librarian and they will check the queue.
  4. If you see a change tray message on the printer panel, inform the reference or circulation desk.

Note: The messages about toner and paper are not always in sync with the print server. We check the paper reguarly plus it holds about five reams of paper (about 3000 pages).
