Are you on a PC or Mac? I have seen cases where Macs will print only one orientation even though the document has both. The best solution is to use a Windows computer and either email the document to yourself or re-open Blackboard to get the document again and try printing from an HCU or Windows computer. Contact ITS (Help Desk Site or 281-649-3410) for additional help, if needed.
Be aware that the MyPrint server has a hiccup. It does not give an option to change orientations at this time, unfortunately. They are working to add this to an upcoming version.
