No, we do not offer cards for non-students; however, you can go to your nearest branch library (Houston Public or Harris County) and ask about getting a TexShare card. You would first need their library card, then they would work to get you a TexShare card. Requirements and card issuance is determined by the main branch. When you get the card, you can come in for research and would be allowed to check out up to four items at a time. I hope that helps
