HCU Answers is basically an FAQ database. You can post reference questions about research or general questions about almost anything you need to know including where or how to do things at HCU. For instance, we've had one question so far about how to use the washing machines in the Lake House! A long time ago, we had coin-operated machines and the student wanted to know how to use them. This is, however, not a place where you can ask major administrative and policy questions (e.g., questions that the president of provost would answer). For those questions, we recommend that you visit their offices directly. HCU Answers is intended for practical questions for everyday issues. Answers will not display any personal information (e.g,. who asked the question, email address, etc.). Answers are posted and stored because other people may have the same question in the future. We encourage you to visit the site and view questions and answers posed so far! The site is regularly monitored. If you ask a question, our goal is to find an answer and post it hopefully within 24 hours.
