Q. How can I change the format to print Powerpoints in MyPrint?

HCU Myprint does not have an option to change the layout when printing out PPT documents, but there is a workaround.

First, Open Powerpoint Software and open your Powerpoint file. Under File > Print > Settings, click the drop down menu under "Print Display". You will see there are many formats that you will be able to print the document in. Pick the format you would like.

Then Under File > Print > Printer, click the drop down menu, and click "Microsoft Print to PDF". This will then export the file to PDF format, allowing you to save the document as a file. This file, with the chosen format,  can then be uploaded to HCU MyPrint, and will print out the way you need it to be.
