Q. What do I do if email doesn't work?

If specific databases won't work, then try going directly to the site instead of going through the HCU Portal.

You login to the first two just like logging in to the HCU Portal. To login to HuskyNet, you need your H-number and PIN.

Also, when using LetMeIn.hc.edu, be sure to include a **secondary** email address outside HCU. If you can't login, then it will ask for what email address to send to. Then, you just pick your other address. By default, it goes to yourname@HC.edu, which won't work because you can't login to get the email.
