  1. Everyone: go to your wifi connection on your device and look for HCU Guest. There is no password.
  2. You will also see HCU Secure. It is only available to HCU faculty, staff, and students. It can be logged in with your HCU email and network credentials.
  3. Dorms -  Our housing uses ResNet, which manages the service. Resnet should be listed in your WiFi list and then you select it. I don't live in the dorms and don't know but suspect you will need to log in. If you have any issues, here are points of contact:
    • Phone: 833-548-7123
    • Text Message: Sent a message saying "Resnet" to 84700.
    • Chat: Go to https://myresnet.com. You will need to identify our school and log in (presumably your HCU email and password). 
    • If you have any trouble, then call our ITS Helpdesk at 281-649-3410 to clarify.
