If you are using Google Chrome, you need to beware! Our ITS people are saying that they have been getting more reports of PCs crashing all across campus. In many instances, people were Chrome. From the limited situations I have seen, try logging back in to the portal and Blackboard using Firefox. Sign in to your quiz and you should be taken back to the question you were at when the crash occurred.

Recommendations:

1) Use Firefox or Internet Explorer. The Google forums our ITS people have been exploring say a number of people are experiencing this problem but Google's suggestions so far have not been helpful. It may be a while. Keep checking our Facebook page for updates.

2) Save your work! If you are working on something in the background behind the browser, you will likely lose it. Save it to the HCU Private Cloud (http://cloud.hbu.edu - login with HCU credentials) or a flash drive.
