To create a Help Desk ticket for ITS (Information Technology Services), go to http://helpdesk.hc.edu. You can also call 281-649-3410 and the Help Desk people available will be glad to put a ticket in for you as well.

Remember, you CAN call the number for immediate help with any login problem or connection problem to a major HCU system (Blackboard, Huskynet, etc.).
