Q. How do I get help from ITS?

There are two way to get help.

1. For login problems, you can call 281-649-3410 and ITS can assist you.

2. For anything else, go to http://helpdesk.hbu.edu and submit a ticket. That way, you can describe the problem in your own terms. Be sure to give them your contact information.
