Go to: http://letmein.hbu.edu. You will need your secondary email address. If you did not set one up, then you will need to call ITS or submit a ticket. Be sure to ask how to set your secondary email address so the system can send you a verification code, which is a lot easier and faster than calling ITS in terms of efficiency.
