It would be a good thing to sign up with the HCU Emergency Messaging system so you can get phone calls, text messages, email, etc. in case of a serious situation pertaining to HCU. The campus  web site and portal will carry information. Also, the university partners with a number of media outlets to help spread the word in every way possible so if you have the heads up about a flooding situation, ice, etc., then pay attention to these important university outlets to get the information ASAP.
