The Post Office system is designed to automatically email students when arriving packages scanned. New freshmen in the fall term may experience some delay as the new students need to be uploaded into the mail system. For more information, please contact the Post Office at 281-649-3730 (or just dial 3730 from a phone on campus).

The Post Office Hours are usually 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Mondays through Fridays.

  2. Packages need to be at the Post Office well before 2:00 PM for pickup by delivery services. To ensure same day pickup, packages should be there as early as possible. You would have to check with the Post Office for approximate pickup times by the various services that come to campus. For more questions, please call 281-649-3730 between 8:00 and 4:00, M-F. I hope that helps.

  3. I’m trying to send packages to a student who dorms at the husky village, what is the address of this post office I assume I deliver it to you guys and then he picks it up? I have had difficulty finding where to send the packages to him.
    Thanks

  4. The Post Office personnel recommend mailing everything (students in all dorm rooms and Husky Village apartments) to Student Name, 7502 Fondren, Houston, TX 77074. Otherwise, mail carriers may attempt to leave packages elsewhere on campus and they get picked up by others or just get lost.

Our personnel say that when packages are mailed to the main address, they all go to the post office, get scanned, and students are emailed that they have a package waiting for sign-out and pickup. To be safe, be sure to check the Spam folder on email to make sure the email does not go there.
