Q. Can I add cash to my printing account?

It might be possible to add money at the Cashier's Office but the last we heard is that you can only add $20 cash to your MyPrint account. In a pinch, you could purchase a Copy Card and print from the guest printer but it is 10 cents/page instead of 4 cents/page.

The easiest way is to go to http://myprint.hbu.edu and add it there via credit card, debit card, or PayPal. You can either add or print from a laptop with MyPrint. To add, click the Balances button, then click the "Paid" button (not Primary). Be aware that you can only UPLOAD documents, spreadsheets, photos, etc. You will not be able to print web pages with MyPrint on any browser except Chrome (use the Save As PDF option to save the web page, then print). 

You can also print web pages via the mobile WebAdvantage (MyPrint) app. Just download the WebAdvantage app from the iTunes store. We have also created a brief tutorial explaining how to use the MyPrint web site.
