Yes, if you do not meet the SAT verbal or ACT Reading score requirements, you will need to take the Reading Proficiency Exam (Pre-THEA) or the THEA exam. You can register for these exams online at hc.edu/testing. The Pre-THEA is currently $28.50. If you have not taken a course that is equivalent to HCU's CISM 1321, you will need to take the course at HCU or take the Computer Proficiency Exam. You can buy a registration code for the CPE at the HCU Bookstore and the cost is currently $37.95.
