If your professor has books available for your class, they will be in the Reserve collection at the Circulation Desk. Just tell the worker at the desk what you need and give them the professor's name. Be aware of several things:
- Checkout times will vary. Reserve items do not circulate as long as the items on the second floor. Reserves can be as little as two hours in the building only (most reserves are like this) but can be longer.
- You can accrue fines for OVERDUE books. Turn your materials in on time or you can run the risk of paying a much higher fine! Remember, these are items your fellow classmates need.
One additional comment. In most cases, professors do not place a copy of class textbooks on reserve.
