Hmm. Sorry to hear that. First, I don't know where you are sitting at the moment but as a reminder, the bulk of the building is open for conversation. The quiet wing (where the bulk of the library books are), however, is dedicated to having a peaceful study space. If, however, someone or group is being distracting in the quiet wing, then text us again where you are located and we will send a librarian over to ask them to calm down and respect the rules and their fellow students. If group is being too loud in a study room, please let us know as well.
