According to the HCU catalog:

Persons 65 or older, with proof of age, not in pursuit of a degree, may register for a fixed price when space is available. such students may register for these courses on a pass-fail or may receive an alpha grade. Please contact the Cashier's Office for a current fee structure.

 

As far as we know, you cannot strictly audit a class (no grade given at all). You would have to contact the Registrar's office for further clarification.
